Hi, I'm Bella.

I build AI for a living. Now I'm teaching women how to use it to build whatever the hell they want.

I'm a software engineer working in enterprise AI, and I've built my own AI businesses. I've seen what these tools can actually do, and how much of the conversation gets dominated by people who aren't any more qualified than you.

Admin Rights is here to change that. I teach women how AI actually works and how to build with it, without the gatekeeping or the jargon. And when a new tool is mostly hype, I'll tell you.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything we build uses no-code tools. If you can write a clear email, you can do this.

What tools will we use?

Mainstream AI assistants and no-code automation tools. The kind you may already have access to at work.

Is the Build Night really free?

Is this safe to use at my job?

We cover what's safe to use with work data and what isn't. And we always follow your company's policies. If your company says a tool is off-limits, it's off-limits.
